KANE IAN

Kane Ian has been producing since the late 90's. He has produced deep, funky house music for labels such as Blockhead, Clean House, Juiced! Music, Nosa Recordings and Trendy Mullet to name a few. He has worked with and released music alongside artist like William, Drew Tempest, Diem, Magik Johnson, DJ Rasoul, Sona and Demarkus Lewis.
Ian has been able to share his music through DJing, producing, and with his label Dustpan Recordings featuring artists and remixers like T.B.F, Dave Miller, UNEAQ, Dave Allison, Soydan, Mr Pirated and JT Donaldson.
His productions alongside releases from Dustpan has gathered plays from some of the most respected DJs in the world with artist such as Mark Farina, Ken from ECB, The Littlemen, Joey Youngman, and Derrick Carter.
Ian’s music has been in demand with in-store performances with fashion house Armani, providing music directorship for several bars/restaurants and with world wide gigs in cities such as Kuala Lumpur, New York City, Brooklyn and the annual Winter Music Conference in Miami.
HISTORY
Dustpan Recordings is a music label based in Singapore, a global melting pot where the groove of the West meets the vibrancy of the East. We seek to promote, create and distribute house music, and in doing so transmit its positive energy and message to people all over the world.
The label’s musical direction is spearheaded by Singaporean artist, Kane Ian who wishes to break out of the confines of easy main stream music, push boundaries so as to speak, putting out quality house music for the dance floor and easy listening for anytime anyplace.
