SOYDAN
Soydan was born in Germany, originally from Turkey. He is a professional tattooist by trade and has been into house music for the past 8 years, also producing music for three years. He has been a DJ for nearly 8 years. When he's not tattooing, he spends his time on the music - from tribal to techy and even deephouse. His tracks are being played by some of the worlds top DJ's such as DJ Heather, Kerri Chandler, Aaron from Dae Recordings, Doc Martin, Jason Hodges, Raoul (Aroma) and Mark Farina (Om); whose CD compilation is out now.
Yakuza Recordings is owned and produced by Soydan. Karma EP and Deep Inside single (with The Craftsmen remixes) were released earlier in 2007. Yakuza Digi is now available at Stompy and will soon be available at TrackSource. Supporters of Yakuza Recordings are Stacy Kidd, Mark Farina, Jason Hodges, The Craftsmen, DJ Heather, Craig Hamilton, Late Night Society, Groove Federation, Kerri Chandler, SceneHeadz and many more.
HISTORY
Dustpan Recordings is a music label based in Singapore, a global melting pot where the groove of the West meets the vibrancy of the East. We seek to promote, create and distribute house music, and in doing so transmit its positive energy and message to people all over the world.
The label’s musical direction is spearheaded by Singaporean artist, Kane Ian who wishes to break out of the confines of easy main stream music, push boundaries so as to speak, putting out quality house music for the dance floor and easy listening for anytime anyplace.
