Dave Miller has been on a consistent rise through the ranks of the electronic music scene since his first productions were released on Singapore based label Dustpan Recordings in 2007. The release titled the “Come Get Some E.P” received high praise from prolific DJ’s and producers alike such as Fetish Records boss Joey Youngman a.k.a Wolfgang Gartner.
He then went on to release a string of singles and E.P’s on labels such as Booth Trax | Gourmand Music | Digi-Funk | Lost My Dog Records | Motion Music. His most recent was the Winding Rhodes E.P on Motion Music, which featured the vocal stylings of Australian singer/songwriter Kelly Hayden. The Winding Rhodes E.P gained much support from the music community, with reviews popping up in 5Magazine Chicago, Inhale, UrbNet and also received 4 1/2 out 5 from DJ MAG UK (issue 481). The single “Take What You Want” became the stand out track from the E.P, gaining support from Mark Farina | Fred Everything | Inland knights | Raoul Belmans | Olivier Desmet and many more!
In late 2009 Dave joined creative forces with Kelly Hayden, resulting in the live house music band Maison D’ame. The two spent several months writing and recording their debut E.P titled “East to West”, released on Dave’s own label Illegal Cargo Records in February 2010.
As well as turning his skills to recording/production, Dave has been DJ’ing across Australia and as far as South East Asia. Performing with artists/acts such as DJ MES | Fred Everything | Inland Knights | Slater Hogan | Chuck Love | The Littlemen | Ricardo Rae | DJ Diz.
