With a discography surpassing 1,000 tracks, Disco Ball’z has established himself as a prolific and enduring figure in the underground house scene. Since emerging from Budapest’s electronic music undercurrent, he’s become synonymous with raw jackin’ grooves and no-nonsense club functionality — often releasing under both his Disco Ball’z and Depth Phunk aliases.
A fixture on Traxsource’s Top Jackin House Artists of the Year charts for seven consecutive years (peaking at #12 in 2015), Disco Ball’z has consistently delivered floor-filling material supported by DJs across the globe. His sound pays tribute to the golden era of house while pushing forward with a relentless work ethic and stylistic versatility, often moving between jackin', classic, tech house, and touches of techno.
He’s also the founder of four electronic music labels, including High Price Records, giving platform to like-minded producers and further shaping the sound of modern jackin’ house. His tracks and remixes have landed on esteemed imprints such as Pacha Recordings, Juiced Music, Pocket Jacks Trax, Craniality Sounds, and Dustpan Recordings, gaining club and radio play worldwide.
Beyond originals, Disco Ball’z has reworked tracks by artists like Ignacio Robles and Yakka, while his own productions have been flipped by talents such as Audio Jacker. Known for gritty loops, punchy drums, and funky sample chops, his DJ tools have earned support from selectors who favour rugged grooves with soul.
