GELIMA
From technical mastery behind the scenes to the global spotlight of electronic music, GELIMA is a Belgian-born producer and DJ with a career spanning over three decades. Currently based in Thailand, his journey began in 1994 as a DJ specializing in the early House and Trance movements.
GELIMA’s deep understanding of the dance floor is built on a foundational expertise in production technology. In 1995, he transitioned into sound and lighting engineering, later evolving into a composer in 2009 and a high-level show technician in 2014. This technical DNA defines his current sound: a sophisticated, immersive blend of Melodic Techno, Trance, and House.
Since officially launching his production project in 2018, GELIMA has garnered significant respect from the industry’s most influential figures. His work has been supported by titans such as Richie Hawtin, Charlotte de Witte, and Black Coffee, cementing his reputation as a vital voice in the contemporary electronic scene.
