J-Sweet (Julian) is a Lille-based French electronic music DJ, producer, and promoter recognized for his sophisticated, groove-driven approach to deep house, jackin' house, and tech house. As the founder of the collective Sweet Music Prod, he has spent years refining a signature sound built on rolling basslines, smooth audio textures, and elements of funk, soul, and disco. J-Sweet achieved international underground recognition through his long-standing partnership with Singaporean label Dustpan Recordings, a relationship solidified by the breakout success of The Youngster EP and its standout track Smart Ghetto. While also releasing music on imprints like Plushouse and Groove Traxx, his core artistic home remains Dustpan, where he recently released his multi-genre project State of Mind.
