MR. PIRATED

MR. PIRATED

William, a.k.a Mr. Pirated, laid down the foundations from his early days as a family member of Radiance Crew with fellow artists and house musicians, Kane Ian and Ming Knackle, organizing and playing parties all around Singapore. 2007 saw Mr. Pirated releasing his inaugural EP – “Rooftop EP”, with international house music label, Dustpan Recordings. Hot on the heels following his first EP release, Mr. Pirated was called upon to spread his vibe at the international music event – Miami’s Winter Music Conference (WMC) in 2008. And the waves just kept coming in. The “Jazzarama EP”, released once again by Dustpan Recordings, was soon added to his portfolio. It reached the Top 100 Chart on San Francisco-based online music store, Stompy, and by this time, many if not all in the underground house music scene had sat up and paid attention to this masterful new kid on the block. What followed suit saw Mr. Pirated signed to Juiced Music from Dallas, Manchester’s Ambushed Recordings and Las Vega’s Big Wheel Music, with successful releases such as “Crazy Cactus”, which reached the Top 50 Chart on Stompy, and the track featured on numerous DJ mixes and charted as favorites in DJ charts.

Apart from producing original creations, Mr. Pirated also wears the badge of remixing excellence alongside his many accolades, being called upon for remixing duties for Mikkael’s “Entertaining Pablo” on Dustpan Recordings, Dustpan head honcho Kane Ian’s “Tales Of The Night” EP and Ketel Juan & Lipp Trixx’s ‘Thick N Juicy” EP on Big Wheel Music.

Never once resting on his laurels and with even more plans and projects in the works, Mr. Pirated remains committed to his yearn to inject more of his musical creativity into the global underground house music circuit, and also bring more dancefloor damage as a DJ. Stay on board, as Mr. Pirated continues his voyage, and you will be guaranteed no disappointments as the man delves ever so deeper into the world of house music and showcases his skills both in the studio and behind the decks.
