Sam Tyler returns to Dustpan with his 2nd release titled, “Thoughts & Desires”. His first release on the label “Trivial Dilemmas” which was released back in June 2017 was a massive underground hit that saw everyone from Dave Mayer to Arturo Garces to Mario Cruz to Da Sunlounge and Mark Farina supporting it. Expect no less from Sam in his latest release which features three deep house tracks ‘I’m Alright’, ‘No One Else’ and a special remix of ‘I’m Alright’ from one of our favourite DJ and Producer, Mr Clean. This release is set to be a deep house classic.
“Being exposed to a wide variety of music from a young age by his father, Sam has music imprinted in him. Since he started his pursuit of music as a DJ in 2005, he has always made it his mission to be a tastemaker, not a jukebox. Besides being a house head, he is also a lover of jazz and hip-hop, and these influences come across in his productions. Currently residing in Chicago, Sam does what he can to hold down the original house sound. In April of 2013, he helped launch Chicago lounge, Drop, using his blend of new school jackin and deep sounds. Since then, Sam has been getting the attention of labels as he furthers his evolution as a producer and DJ.”
